The Isle of Man Constabulary has revealed one of its officers has been suspended from duty, after being questioned in a criminal investigation.
The officer was arrested just before 10am today in circumstances unconnected with his duties.
He was interviewed and released on bail pending further inquiries.
Police say they are involved in a 'live' inquiry and the officer will remain suspended as it goes on.
