An alleged assault at the Highwayman pub in Peel is being investigated by police.
Officers are looking into claims a woman was attacked by a group of other women in the main bar area, just as the start of 2012 was being celebrated.
Anybody with information about the incident, which happened at around midnight on December 31, is asked to ring police in Peel, on 842208.
