
The man sentenced to 18 years in prison for sexually abusing four of his stepchildren was told he'd "murdered their childhood" by Deemster David Turner, QC, who described it as a "horrifying case".
Speaking after the sentencing, Detective Inspector Phil Shimmin of the Public Protection Unit told Dan Walker he'd never seen a case like it in his entire career:
