Peel police say any information about Tuesday afternoon's dog attack on a flock of sheep will be treated in confidence.
Two were killed and a further seven maimed.
It's believed the animals involved were a white, Staffordshire Bull Terrier-type and a dark brown greyhound, or similar breed.
It happened in a field on a farm in the Crosby area at around 5.30pm.
