
Police are reiterating appeals for people not take the law into their own hands after a spate of rumours on social media.
Yesterday, police said reports a couple in a car had approached children in Pulrose remained unconfirmed.
That didn’t stop some Twitter and Facebook users naming people yesterday – and in some cases even publishing photos of those they claim are involved.
