Police are searching for a 40-year-old man with a distinctive 'tribal' tattoo on his face.
They want to find Ian Derek Brown who is known to frequent areas across the Isle of Man.
Officers are appealing directly to Ian to make contact with them by attending any police station or by calling Police Headquarters on 631212.
Anyone who knows of his current whereabouts – on or off the Island – is also asked to contact them.
