Villiers Square in Douglas targeted
Police are appealing for witnesses after graffiti appeared in a public space in Douglas.
It happened last week - overnight on Tuesday, 29 August and again on Wednesday, 30 August - in Villiers Square.
Officers say they’re unable to share a picture of the actual damage as it was ‘highly offensive’.
Anyone who knows who was responsible is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
In a post on social media the Eastern Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Graffiti is a crime, it is criminal damage, and we cannot allow it to take place around our public spaces."
