Altercation happened in Douglas on 4 May
Police are investigating a serious altercation between a group of four people.
It happened at 10pm on Monday 4 May on the corner of Quine's corner close to the traffic light junction with Lord Street in Douglas.
Police are appealing for witnesses as CCTV footage appears to show multiple vehicles driving in the area at the time and the occupants may have seen the incident.
