Better position than 12 months ago
Staffing numbers at the Isle of Man Constabulary are improving, but there's no room for complacency.
That's according to Chief Constable Gary Roberts.
Over the last few years, he has said the force was down to the bare bones, and could not cope with any more cuts.
The chief constable says things are looking up somewhat, and it is now in a slightly better position than it was a year ago:
