Police hope forensic tests on a can of spray paint will reveal who vandalised a Douglas skateboarding park.
The area in Noble’s Park was daubed with offensive graffiti between 4pm on Monday and 8am on Tuesday.
Officers found a spray can containing yellow paint at the scene and this will now be subjected to forensic analysis.
Police say the graffiti was a mindless act of vandalism to a public facility and are urging anybody who knows anything about the incident to get in touch.
