Officers in the Western Neighbourhood Policing Team says it will deal with dangerous and inconsiderate drivers outside Marown Primary School in Glen Vine.
Police say they've had numerous reports of bad driving in the morning and afternoon, when kids are being dropped off and picked up from school.
Middle MHK Howard Quayle, Marown Parish Commissioners, the school's head, its board of governors, the DoI and the police are all tackling the problem.
The WNPT says it centres around the school's lack of adequate drop off, collection and parking facilities.
In the meantime, parents are being urged to not block the road, and other road users are being asked to remain patient and tolerant if they have to go through that area.
