Police are appealing for help as they try to trace a car and pedestrian in Pulrose.
They particularly want to talk to the driver of a silver taxi and his passengers who were heading out of Pulrose Road, onto Groves Road, at about 10.30 to 10.45pm last Friday (March 11).
They became stuck behind a dark-coloured car for a short time while a pedestrian got into the vehicle, which was then driven off.
Police say witnesses may remember they drove past two uniformed police officers, speaking to the driver of a yellow Hyundai on Pulrose Road, as they approached Groves Road.
Anyone with information is asked to ring CID on 631301 or the anonymous Crimestoppers line, on 0800 555 111.
