Minister explains reasons for pulling items from Tynwald

The belief of Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan as he explained why two items had been withdrawn from next week's Tynwald paper.
Changes to Employed Person's Allowance and Income support regulations were proposed.
Onchan MHK Rob Callister says there was a lack of consultation from Treasury and more detail is required.
Speaking on Mandate this morning (Fri), Mr Cannan said he accepted that things could have been done better.
