
There's a chance to have your say on the way your local area's policed at a series of public meetings which begin next week.
They've been organised by the Island's Police Consultative Forum and will be held in all five police neighbourhoods.
The local police inspectors will explain their priorities for the area and then hear the views of members of the public.
Each public meeting will be hosted by a forum member and the inspector leading the local policing team.
That officer will outline the current plan and priorities for policing in the area.
After that, it's the turn of the public to express views and make suggestions on policing and crime in general.
That feedback will be considered by local police chiefs and may subsequently influence policing strategies.
The first public meeting will be held at Sulby Village Hall on Tuesday evening (Feb 2) at 7.30pm.
There'll be meetings for the south at Castletown Civic Centre and the west at Corrin Hall in Peel on Thursday evening (Feb 4).
Meetings in Onchan and Douglas will be held the following week.
