Party's hope for greater political awareness
The LibVan party leader says she hopes more people will become politically active next year - ahead two major elections.
Kate Beecroft says politicians and those who seek to represent the public will be scrutinised more than ever before - as voters consider the line-ups for Island-wide local authority elections in April and a House of Keys general election in September.
In a look ahead to 2016, Mrs Beecroft says fresh input is needed in parliament - and believes new faces will be welcomed by the Manx public.
She says public finance shortfalls must be gripped and dealt with firmly by the next administration:

'Essential' that school staff recognise the signs of an allergic reaction
'High' risk of wildfires over the next week
'Come From Away' to continue after cast member injured during rehearsal
'Parks in worse state then when I started' says Peel commissioner
