Amendment divides opinion in the Court
Politicians have failed to reach an agreement on changes to Tynwald members' pay.
An amendment by Julie Edge divided opinion between the two branches of the Court, with 13 of 23 Keys members in favour, but just three supportive in LegCo.
The issue will now come back next month when members will go to a combined vote.
