Air pollution levels in the Isle of Man have now fallen to moderate, says the Department of Health and Social Care.
The advice now is if you suffer from heart or lung problems and display symptoms you should reduce your physical activity, particularly outdoors.
For everyone else there are now no restrictions.
Pollution levels had been very high yesterday.
