It wasn't a good start to the 2008 season for cruise ship visiting the Isle of Man.
The Black Prince had been due to spend the day in Manx waters, with her passengers coming ashore by tender to tour some of the Island's attractions
They were also scheduled to be the first people to officially use the new pontoon and walkway in Douglas' outer harbour, which is designed to allow tenders to access the walkway regardless of the tide.
However, the ship had to sail on to Belfast this morning, when rough conditions meant she was unable to anchor safely in the bay.
A visit of the Black Prince last December was also abandoned, due to force nine gales.
