Family's festive endeavour hoping to raise money for Manx charity
Festive preparations are in full swing at a house in Douglas which is aiming to help raise money for a Manx charity.
Each year Barbara Livsey, and her family, go all out to adorn their home – at 42 Ballabrooie Way – with Christmas lights and decorations.
They’ve been delighting the public with their display since 2012; this year donations collected will go to Heroes on the Water.
Barbara told Manx Radio she just loves Christmas:
The lights will be officially switched on at 5pm on Sunday (1 December); they’ll then be on daily from 4pm throughout December.
