Last census showed population drop
The director of a local property development firm says demand for new homes hasn't slowed despite a reduction in the population.
At 83,900, the last census shows there are more than 500 fewer citizens on the Island than when the previous one was published.
Earlier this week it was confirmed Hartford Homes had been given the go ahead to build new 81 properties in Ramsey.
James Greenhalgh from the firm says interest in newbuilds hasn't been affected by the fall in population:
