Naomi Fargher told Manx Radio she'd explored 'every possible avenue' to improve the situation for her business, but continually 'hit a brick wall'.
The government has emphasis on increasing visitor numbers to the Isle of Man, but Ms Fargher queries if shops continue to close, will there be the same attraction for tourists?
