
Planners are set to consider a major redevelopment of the former Marine Biological Station in Port Erin.
Plans have been submitted to turn the existing buildings on Breakwater Road into a marine interpretation centre.
The scheme has a shop and cafe as well as a dive centre, offices and a 20 bedroom hotel.
The application for approval in principle is due to be considered by the planning committee.
