It's the fourth store to be reopened after the takeover of Shoprite
The fourth Shoprite store is due to reopen as a Tesco this week.
The Port Erin shop is expected to open its doors on Thursday (16 May).
It's one of nine sites that have been taken over by the supermarket giant.
Tesco's hoping to have re-branded all the stores by August.
