Employees at the firm's office were called to a meeting yesterday (Wed) and told the Isle of Man operation is to be scaled down.
Credit Suisse has released few details, saying it continues to monitor the size of its business 'relative to client opportunities and market conditions' and is 'realigning resources to growth areas'.
