Mail service insists all items are promptly processed
The Isle of Man Post Office says it's aware of issues regarding local mail being delivered late.
The postal service insists all mail is promptly processed and delivered once it reaches the organisation.
The Post Office is urging those who receive items after the date shown on the letter to enquire with the sender in the first instance.
However, it says those with concerns over deliveries can contact its customer services on 664664 or by emailing customer.services@iompost.com.
