Julie Edge wants solution to suit workers and customers
The chair of the Isle of Man Post Office believes proposed changes to workers' pay and pensions would secure the service's long term viability.
The Communication Workers' Union's members will stage a three-day strike next month as the dispute between the union and the postal service continues.
The CWU is unhappy with the new terms put forward and has been critical of the negotiations process with the Post Office.
However, Julie Edge MHK insists the Post Office must find a solution that makes financial sense:
