Manx Radio reporter attends feedback session
Earlier this afternoon, Manx Radio reported that an independent report into the future of the Isle of Man Post Office will consider a range of options for a new-look service.
This follows the well-documented slump in profits for the business, which culminated in it making a loss for the first time in its history last year.
Members of the public have been grouped by age and location at focus groups across the Island, as the statutory board seeks to reform the organisation in the future, taking customers' views into account.
Manx Radio's Dollin Mercer went along and took part in one of the focus groups to find out more.
