Results of ballot due next week
The Chief Minister says he understands a union trying to get the best deal for its members, but feels change is needed at the Isle of Man Post Office.
Howard Quayle has been speaking ahead of the result of a strike ballot by post office staff here who are members of the Communication Workers' Union, which is due next week.
The potential walkout is over changes to terms and conditions proposed by the board, which the union has labelled 'draconian'.
Mr Quayle says a balance needs to be struck:

Garff Commissioners hosting offshore windfarm drop in session today
Public invited to suggest new brownfield site for potential re-development
Anthony Allen re-elected as chair at Onchan Commissioners
Police urge public to check person's identification if claiming to be a police officer
