Results of ballot due next week
The Chief Minister says he understands a union trying to get the best deal for its members, but feels change is needed at the Isle of Man Post Office.
Howard Quayle has been speaking ahead of the result of a strike ballot by post office staff here who are members of the Communication Workers' Union, which is due next week.
The potential walkout is over changes to terms and conditions proposed by the board, which the union has labelled 'draconian'.
