Will there be industrial action over Christmas?
It should become clear some time early next week whether or not there will be a postal strike here over Christmas.
That's when the result of a ballot of Isle of Man Post Office workers who are in the Communication Workers' Union is expected.
The union is unhappy with the new terms and conditions being offered to its members.
