Post Office confirms no injuries were sustained in incident
No-one was injured after a post van came to rest on its side while the vehicle was being recovered in Laxey this lunchtime.
The vehicle was being removed after an incident at Old Laxey Hill when a rope snapped resulting in the van rolling onto its side.
The Isle of Man Post Office has confirmed no injuries were sustained but police remain at the scene while the road is being cleared.
A further update will be released once the road is passable.
