People sending mail to London are being warned to expect disruptions on Friday, when Royal Mail workers are due to stage a 24-hour strike.
The industrial action is expected to delay the delivery of most items posted to the capital on Thursday and Friday.
Any post sent from London to the Isle of Man on Friday will also be delayed.
