Postal workers are due to receive their ballot papers today (Monday) as a vote on industrial action looms.
They were due to be given out on Friday, but that was delayed until after yesterday's presentation by a Communication Workers Union representative.
Terry Pullinger addressed 202 of the 272 Post Office staff who're CWU members.
Speaking to Manx Radio after his talk, Mr Pullinger said they were not taking the possibility of strike action lightly.
