GPs to attend quarterly education session for patient care improvements
GPs will unavailable for routine appointments on Thursday (September 17) afternoon next week.
Instead they'll be attending a quarterly education session to discuss medical developments and improvements to patient care.
Locum GPs and practice nurses will be on hand for anyone in need of treatment; and Practices will remain open for those collecting test results or order repeat prescriptions.
Chairman of the GP Sub-Committee Dr Alex Allinson explained what the session involves.
