
A visiting expert on medieval history says he's most impressed with the Manx Museum's special exhibition on our Viking heritage.
Professor Andrew McDonald last night delivered a lecture about the Island's role in the Kingdom of Mann and the Isles and its links with Viking outposts in the Atlantic.
He teaches at Brock University in Ontario, Canada, and made the trip over especially for the talk, which he presented to a packed lecture theatre.
Professor McDonald says what has been put on display at the museum is a must-see:
