As TT 2008 moves into full swing, a Manx government minister is praising the efforts of the huge number of volunteers who contribute to the festival.
Home Affairs Minister Martyn Quayle says it's fantastic to see so many visitors, all here to enjoy themselves.
He says his department's main aim is to ensure they enjoy their time here, and return home safely.
But the efforts of the many people who give their time free of charge are extraordinary (audio file attached):
