Parents encouraged to apply
Parents of children turning four within the next year are being encouraged to apply for pre-school credit.
The government scheme offers families £3,000 towards nursery education in the year before children start primary school.
Applications are now open for the academic year beginning in September.
In June, Tynwald approved a committee's recommendation that government considers extending the credit scheme to children younger than four.
But concerns were noted that a lack of capacity in nurseries must be addressed first.
Parents can apply for pre-school credit online via gov.im.
