A doctor charged with obtaining more than £700,000 by deception is due in court today (Thursday).
Fifty-four-year-old Dirk Heinz Hoehmann, of Ballaquine in West Baldwin, will appear before Deemster Turner for a pre-trial review.
Proceedings were adjourned earlier this year when he applied to change his lawyer.
Dr Hoehmann was an ear, nose and throat consultant at Noble's Hospital until his arrest last November.
