JCK Ltd deny a lapse in safety standards following an employee's death
An Island company which denies responsibility for an accident which caused the death of a Douglas man will go on trial next year.
A pre-trial review in the case of JCK Ltd will be held on November the 26th.
On Friday, the plant hire and demolition firm was represented in court when it again pleaded not guilty to a lapse in workplace safety standards following the death of Gareth Sowden.
The 55-year-old mechanical engineer died in May 2013 after being trapped under a shipping container when working on a sewage treatment site in Kirk Michael.
