22-year-old denies charges
A Port Erin man who's denied two counts of provoking behaviour will appear in court again in November.
Callum Robert Mathieson-Nelson of Honna Road, Surby pleaded not guilty to both allegations when he appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.
Mike Jelski, prosecuting, said both incidents are alleged to have happened at the same address on Saturday, 13 August.
The case has been adjourned until 8 November when the 22 year old will appear at a pre-trial review.
