Death of Alan Oversby confirmed
Pre-TT competitor Alan Oversby has died following an incident in today’s 400cc race (24 May).
It happened on the approach to Ballakeighan on the second lap of the race.
The 68-year-old from Bolton-Le-Sands was an experienced Pre-TT Classic Road Races competitor.
He first competed in 2005 and took his first win the following year.
In total he took 16 victories including two today.
