British Red Cross gives first aid advice
During an unusual spell of warm weather across the British Isles, the Red Cross has issued a warning for people to protect themselves against heat exhaustion.
Joe Mulligan, the charity's head of first aid education, told Manx Radio people shouldn't exceed their limits when enjoying the summer.
