
A prescription price hike is on the way.
Charges on the Island will rise from September – if Tynwald gives its backing to proposals later this month.
It would mean each item would cost £3.85, 60p more than at present.
An increase of more than 20 per cent is also planned for 12 month pre-payment certificates.
