Firefighters had to wait for power to be isolated
Yesterday's fire on South Quay was complicated by the presence of an electricity sub-station.
Emergency services were called out just before 2.30pm to the blaze at a property belonging to flooring firm, Chardaid Developments.
Concerns over toxic fumes from the fire and thick smoke led to the closure of the entire south quay for several time.
