Put down your aerials and fold in your wing-mirrors to prevent damage to your car.
That's the call from police in the Isle of Man following a spate of vandalism in Douglas.
The message comes following the recent launch of Project-SNAPP (Specific Neighbourhood Approach to Policing Problems), which aims to get tough on criminal damage.
On today's Talking Heads, acting sergeant Darren Gorry gave this advice:
