CRHS pupils find out how they fared in exams
It's been a morning of nerves and anticipation as hundreds of pupils across the Isle of Man collected their GCSE results.
Manx Radio was at Castle Rushen High School this morning as Year 11 pupils found out what they had achieved:
Support is being offered to those considering their next steps – whether that be taking up further education or entering employment.
Meanwhile, over in the UK there's been a fall in the proportion of top grades awarded at GCSE compared to last year, but it's still higher than before the pandemic.
22 percent of exam results in England, Wales and Northern Ireland got at least an "A" or "7" - that's 1-point-2 percentage points higher than 2019.
