Ban isn't applicable in matches
New directives on young people heading footballs will apply in the Isle of Man with immediate effect.
The English FA announced the move in conjunction with its Scottish and Northern Irish counterparts on Monday.
Primary school-age children are no longer allowed to practise headers in training (although they'll still be allowed to head a ball in matches).
The move follows Glasgow University research which showed former footballers were three-and-a-half times more likely to die from brain disease.
