McColm defends progress of Criminal Justice Strategy
The Isle of Man Prison governor says significant progress of the Criminal Justice Strategy has been made.
It follows a standing committee of Tynwald hearing on Monday, in the Legislative Council chamber.
It heard from the Minister of Home Affairs, Bill Malarkey, who said progress has been slow since December 2012, when the strategy was introduced.
However, prison governor Bob McColm disputes this:

RNLI's last serving Mersey class boat visits the Island
Double victory for Island's heritage railways
Demolition work to get underway on Douglas high street site
Pan-Island Skills Test returns to the Isle of Man
