Thirty-six-year-old to appear in court again
A prisoner accused of assaulting an officer in jail has been remanded in custody.
Thirty-six-year-old Donovan Kitching appeared via a videolink before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He’s pleaded not guilty to the assault in March.
Mrs Hughes remanded him in custody to next appear on 4 January.
