Union says questions remain over unit closure
A union leader has described the way that staff at Noble's Private Patients Unit were told about the facility's closure for at least a year as "a bit of a mess".
The shutting of the PPU and the suspension of private medical services will be from January 1st next year.
All staff there have been told they will be given jobs elsewhere at Noble's.
But other questions, about where those jobs may be and how long the unit will close for, are still a mystery, according Mick Hewer of the Prospect Union:
