The chief minister says it's a 'privilege' to attend the British-Irish Council (BIC) Summit on behalf of the Isle of Man.
The event sees political leaders from across the UK, Ireland, and Crown Dependencies convene to discuss areas of shared co-operation.
This week's meeting, hosted in Wales, saw talks centre on 'unlocking the potential of the creatives industries'.
